RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- It must include original labels and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be presented.
- We accept returns within 14 business days of receipt of the product. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
- Please note that shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded. Some items, such as key chains, underwear, and socks, cannot be returned.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- The customer will cover the costs of the return.
